MotoCare — Workshop Operations PWA
MotoCare is a mobile-first Progressive Web App for two-wheeler service centres. Workshop staff run the day from one installable app: vehicle intake, job status, customers, reminders, and GST invoices — without juggling paper and chat threads.
We designed the PWA for floor-speed use: phone OTP for owners and employees, a clear job lifecycle from Pending to Closed, CSV customer import/export, Call & WhatsApp reminder actions, and fine-grained member permissions. It shares Firebase with the MotoCare mobile app so the workshop stays on one source of truth.

THE PROBLEM
Two-wheeler workshops still run jobs, customers, and service reminders across paper notes, WhatsApp threads, and spreadsheets — so vehicles stall on the floor, follow-ups get missed, and GST invoices take longer than the repair.
OUR SOLUTION
We built MotoCare as a mobile-first workshop operations PWA: phone OTP auth, job lifecycle from intake to Closed, customers with CSV import/export, reminders with Call & WhatsApp actions, complaint trees, employee permissions, and GST invoice PDFs — on Vite, React, TanStack, and Firebase.
Outcomes
- Full workshop MVP: jobs, customers, reminders, members, and invoices in one installable PWA
- Shared Firebase backend with the MotoCare mobile app for a single operations source of truth
- Offline-ready shell with marketing screenshot pipeline for workshop demos and handoff
